Menagement of complaints
Entry and processing of complaints against suppliers or by a customer contains all relevant information from which we would single out complaint processing status, the possibility of entry of the amount of compensation, and connecting projects or work orders.
Complaints are an integral part of business, and we all strive to
have fewer of them. When they happen, regardless if you get a complaint from a customer or have
a complaint against a supplier, it is crucial to solve it as soon as possible to mutual
satisfaction.
Using our module for complaints, you can efficiently and thoroughly process complaints by
entering the description submitted by the client. If needed, connect a project or work order
by
which the complaint was submitted and enter the responsible person (guilty) for the
complaint.
Complaints can be assigned to an employee (manager of the complaint) who is responsible for
solving them as soon as possible. Ultimately, the manager submits a report on the actual cost
incurred while solving the complaint. Before it is finalized, you can review the complaint once
again and approve it.


On the other hand, you also have the possibility to submit a complaint against a supplier and
internally track their progress.
Management of the complaints is intuitive because once you open the overview of all complaints,
you see their status and type of complaint at first glance without even opening them. The table
contains filters by all critical parameters so you can get the desired results in just a few
clicks.
