With Toscana, you get over 120 of the most well-known suppliers, meaning you can select from the list the suppliers with whom you work, and their products will automatically be uploaded into the system. It goes without saying that you are not using all of the products the supplier offers, which is why automatic selection is provided.
Own entry of products and services
Of course, the entry of own products and services is also enabled in a group way using Excel tables or by classic individual entry. When entering new products, you also choose different variations, meaning one product can have an unlimited number of by-products connected to the main product, but are different in color, size, or similar. This way, you see all product variations in one place by opening the main or one of the by-products.
Database of raw materials with print prince calculation
In this module, you also get a complete database with the most used raw materials in the graphic industry, from which you can select which ones you want to import, meaning which ones you use in your production. Depending on the chosen calculation (offset, digital, screen printing, etc.), the database of required raw materials is pulled, and you can modify it if needed.
