Automatic reservation and removal of goods from the warehouse
In Toscana, goods reservation by work orders is made automatically,
without additional search of materials and typing. The system recognizes which materials are
needed to make the product and offers the option to reserve if available. If certain required
materials are unavailable, it will allow the order option and add it to the list for order.
This
tool helps you always know the stock availability so you can prepare the order on time.
After
the work order is finished, the material will automatically be removed from the warehouse with
the possibility of additional modifications in case more/less material was used than was
estimated. This way, you monitor the actual usage of materials in production so you always have
the correct data for stock availability.


Order of goods
In Toscana, you can also order goods from suppliers. All that is needed is to add the
products
you want to the list for order and generate an order form.
You can track the status of
all
orders so you know at any time in what phase a particular order is. When the goods are
delivered, there is no need to retype the items, but the goods will be placed in stock in just
one click.
Delivery organization
You can now easily organize your delivery. After finishing the work order, you can generate a
delivery note with just one click. All orders ready to be delivered will be shown in a
centralized list with all necessary information (delivery method, deadline, company’s contact
information, package weight, etc.). Through that list, you monitor the status of all deliveries.
Delivery men can access the list and a delivery note from a phone/tablet and directly there
update the delivery status after the product is delivered to the customer. When the product is
delivered, the person responsible for that project will be notified about the delivery via
email.
