General questions

Toscana software is a proprietary and unique solution of the company Toscana Systems, which was completely developed without the use of predefined software and is a 100% Croatian product.
The first functional version of Toscana software was created in 1999.
Since the entire software is located in the cloud, access to the World Wide Web is required, we recommend using a laptop or desktop computer (although it is possible to use mobile devices as well), and the minimum Internet speed is 10/10 Mb (10 Mb download and 10 Mb upload ).
Given that it is our own solution and that we own 100% of the code, we are able to adapt the system according to the user's requirements, regardless of whether it is a minor or major upgrade, according to the currently valid price list.
Given that Toscana software is a complex system that encompasses the entire business, for practical reasons there is no demo version, because each software module would have to contain at least some information in order for the system to function properly. Even if we filled the system for a demo version, the user would not be able to work independently in the system without previous instructions from our technical support, so the user experience without transitional education would be bad and dysfunctional regardless of your previous IT knowledge and experience in the use of similar software.

On the other hand, we provide free presentations and a practical demonstration of the use of the system according to your type of business and according to your requirements.
The price depends on several important parameters that are taken into account during the calculation. However, you can request a price list via the form on the website (in the navigation)), which will be delivered to you by email. Prices and options are clearly defined in the price list, and you can choose the package that suits you best.
Given that it is a complete solution for running a business, we practice connection mainly with accounting systems used for VAT calculation, balance sheets, payroll, etc. For the reason that these functions are not found in the Toscana software, while all the others are essential financial functions, such as bank statements, incomming and outgoing invoices, travel orders, warehouse operations, etc., from which we generate data for accounting systems and define the way of connection.


Software implementation and customer support

Given the complexity and individual requirements of each company, it is not possible to accurately define the time of software implementation. However, based on past experience and with the condition that all deadlines and agreements are respected and without the option of additional adjustments, we can say that some tentative deadlines are as follows:
Companies with up to 5 employees - tentative period: 1 - 3 months
Companies with up to 50 employees - tentative period: 6 - 8 months
Companies with up to 150 employees - tentative period: 1 - 1.5 years
Companies with up to 500 employees - tentative period: 2 - 3 years
Depending on the selected parameterization package, the training is carried out online or at the client's location in certain time periods that are defined with the client. Each training session is recorded in segments, and the video materials are uploaded online (separately for each client) and are available for the client to review at any time.

In addition, for smaller companies that do not need training services in the field or online, ready-made video instructions are predefined according to which they start working in the system.

The duration of training in an individual company cannot be fixed, but in most cases, all the basics of the system that are necessary for work can be adopted in the first 3 months of using the system, if all deadlines and agreed rules are respected.
Regardless of which parameterization package you choose and how many employees you have in the company, all regular upgrades as well as work on the latest version are free.
While working in the system, it is possible to access the technical support panel and set your own requests, which you can then monitor at any time and see when the request has been received, what is the expected deadline for resolving the request and the status of the work and completion of an individual request.

In addition, for emergencies, the support department is available at the phone number provided for this purpose, where someone is always on call 24/7, regardless of the day, that is, holidays and weekends.
