It is adapted for all branches of the graphic industry, so it is possible to make calculations for offset, digital, roto, screen printing, etc.

The calculator offers an option to calculate multiple quantities at once so you can send an offer with various options to the client. Moreover, you can save every calculation as a template and use it later with minor corrections, significantly speeding up the whole process. The calculator will show sales and purchase prices, as well as the sales margin. If you have set up a special discount for a customer, it will automatically appear in the offer.

Automated creation and sending of offers

An offer for a customer is automatically generated from the calculator. The offer has several options, such as choosing another language, a different header, without the total sum/quantity, subtotals, etc.

Once generated offer is archived as a PDF file and can be sent directly to the customer without opening your email account. The system will recognize all necessary information about a customer (name, surname, email address), suggest automatic text for offers, and attach the offer as a PDF file.

The offer will be sent directly to the customer by clicking the send button. Such a system enables sending a large number of offers in a short period of time and helps you ensure that every customer gets the requested offer on time. This functionality enables you to optimize your sales to be more efficient and gain a competitive advantage in the market.

Monitoring of sales activities

Tracking offers has never been simpler.You know exactly how many offers are in progress, how many are rejected, and for what reason, how many are accepted and currently in production.

Once created offer can be modified countless times at the client’s request. For each modification, you need to enter the same offer, make the required corrections, and archive it again. The system always keeps the original offer number, but it adds -1, -2, -3, etc., depending on how many times the offer has been changed. It is clearly visible in the archive how many times the offer has been modified and for what reason.

Copying of offers and work orders

You can copy each offer with or without the associated work orders, make necessary corrections and transfer the copied offer to another client.

Recovery of deleted items

If you delete some items from the offer and want to retrieve them later, reentering them is unnecessary as Toscana enables recovery of deleted items. In just a few clicks, you can choose what items you want to return to the offer.

Display of photos and pdfs

Along with the classic display of items/articles in the offer, it is also possible to assign a corresponding photo that can contain additional links leading to, e.g., a technical description or any other document related to the item.
