A single project can contain an unlimited number of different services or products for which you can create separate work orders and efficiently track the process and progress of work with all related documents.

In the project, you can enter all products and services agreed upon with a customer. For each service or product, you can connect a work order containing stages of production with the statuses and related documentation. Define deadline according to stages of production and work orders, and Toscana will automatically put it together in the general production plan.

You can check your warehouse directly from the project and order the goods needed. Besides that, you can also create all required documents, from offers, delivery notes, advance bills, invoices, and similar, or set internal notes such as email reminders for important deadlines. Additionally, you can connect all documents sent by customers.
Monitoring of the work in the field
Tracking the delivery or montage in the field can also be organized through projects. Here you can set up tasks for employees. The employees can submit a report directly from their mobile phones and attach photos.
